Female Inbound Customer Service Agent - Remote (work from home)

  • Full-Time Position: You will need to work 9 hours a day. Please ensure you can commit to this schedule.
  • Shifts: We have morning and afternoon shifts available, and you must be able to work in a rotating shift pattern.
  • Day Off: You will have one day off each week, which will not be on the weekend. This can be any day of the week.
  • Salary Range: The salary for this position is 35,000 PKR to 40,000 PKR. Overtime may be available if required by the company, but this will be on an as-needed basis. Please apply only if you accept this salary package.

Requirements:

  • Own Laptop or Computer: You must have your own device to work on.
  • Electricity Backup: Ensure you have a backup source of electricity.
  • Strong Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is a must.
  • Fluent English: You need to be fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent Typing Speed: You should be able to type quickly and accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through our eCommerce chat platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries from sales campaigns on Facebook and social media.
  • Assist customers via live chat, email, or phone.
  • Solve daily order and service issues.
  • Actively convert customer queries into sales by manually processing orders.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales information.
  • Meet daily sales targets; simply waiting for orders is not sufficient.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage purchases.
  • Demonstrate effort and dedication in all interactions to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with warehousing and purchasing departments for optimal order fulfillment.
