Key Responsibilities:

Student Support & Advising:
- Provide academic and personal counseling to students.
- Assist students with academic concerns, including course selection, academic planning, and resolving academic issues.
- Advise students on career options, job search strategies, and graduate school applications.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to address student concerns and provide appropriate support.
Student Activities & Engagement:
- Plan, organize, and implement student activities and events, such as social events, workshops, and club activities.
- Advise and support student clubs and organizations.
- Promote student involvement in campus life and extracurricular activities.
Student Records & Administration:
- Maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Assist with student registration, enrollment, and graduation processes.
- Coordinate with other departments on student-related matters.
Student Outreach & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with students through various channels, such as email, newsletters, and social media.
- Disseminate information about campus events, resources, and opportunities.
- Conduct student surveys and gather feedback to improve student services.
Campus Climate & Inclusion:
- Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment for all students.
- Address student concerns related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a welcoming and supportive campus community.
