Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, welcome visitors, answer phone calls, assist staff with errands, and provide general support to office operations.

Duties:

  • Clean and tidy office areas, maintain office supplies, assist with mail distribution, answer and direct phone calls, greet and direct visitors, assist staff with photocopying and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 

  • Middle or equivalent, good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  2. Customer Service: Ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance to visitors and staff.
