- Perform Network Design and Planning.
- Install, configure and maintain network devices i.e., switches, routers, Wi-Fi devices.
- Provide second level technical support to users/IT staff concerning network system operations.
- Diagnose problems with network equipment.
- Supervise IT Support team when required.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Maintain related inventory details and share with Line manager
- Work in close cooperation with IT Staff to facilitate management of Computer Labs and make sure LAN/WLAN is fully functional.
- Work in close coordination with line manager to ensure all the network devices and servers are working.
