A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or Information Systems is required. Experience working independently without managing a team is expected for this role.
Responsibilities

Maintain and prepare computing lab equipment, including hardware setup, software installation, and regular troubleshooting.
Configure and oversee network setup to ensure reliable and secure connectivity in the laboratory environment.
Apply and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe computer lab environment for all students and staff.
Supervise students during lab sessions to assist with technical issues, ensure proper use of equipment, and enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with faculty to align lab exercises with curriculum objectives and use educational assessment tools to monitor student progress.
Manage operating system environments including installation, configuration, updates, and resolving system-related issues.
Utilize classroom management software to organize lab sessions and track attendance and participation effectively.
Provide technical support in computer architecture concepts and hands-on applications relevant to student coursework.
Maintain documentation of lab equipment, software licenses, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
Stay current with advancements in computing technology and best teaching practices to continuously improve lab effectiveness.
