Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University is seeking a dedicated Instructor / Junior Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Sciences to join our academic team. The position also involves guiding students through research projects, employing both quantitative and qualitative research methods and the use of statistical analysis software. Although this role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with faculty members and participation in curriculum development and academic initiatives at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University are essential responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and laboratory sessions in pharmaceutical sciences and related subjects.
- Develop and update curriculum materials and instructional content to align with academic standards and industry advancements.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, research projects, and practical examinations.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all teaching and research activities.
- Incorporate educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate interactive and accessible learning experiences.
- Guide and supervise student research, focusing on research methodology, pharmacology, drug development, and clinical trials.
- Apply pharmacokinetics principles and drug development knowledge in classroom teaching and research supervision.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with statistical analysis software, to support academic research and student projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic program improvement.
- Stay updated with scientific advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and integrate them into teaching and learning activities.
- Provide academic advising and support to students to enhance their educational attainment and career readiness.
