Responsibilities

Manage student records accurately using Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Utilize data analytics to assess student behavior and engagement patterns, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Resolve student conflicts by facilitating mediation and communicating with involved parties to find equitable solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to support student affairs events and resource needs effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies related to student affairs and ensure compliance in all activities.
Collaborate with different university departments to synchronize student services and enhance the overall student experience.
Assist in the development and improvement of processes within student affairs to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and manage learning management systems, providing technical support and training to students and staff as needed.
