Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave records.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
