Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Pathology/Hematology.
- Conduct independent research in relevant areas of Pathology/Hematology.
- Supervise research projects of residents and postgraduate students.
- Participate in clinical service activities, including diagnosis and reporting of pathology specimens.
- Contribute to curriculum development and teaching material preparation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with MD/PhD in Pathology/Hematology.
- Relevant clinical experience in a tertiary care hospital.
- Proven research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Current medical license and registration with the relevant medical council.
Skills:
- Teaching Skills: Effective teaching methodologies, curriculum development, student assessment, and supervision.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, and clinical pathology.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Professionalism: Maintain professional standards, ethical conduct, and commitment to lifelong learning.
