- Ensure timely addition / enrolment of employees for insurance coverage and removal of separated employees as per the organization’s policy.
- Manage employee health insurance, reimbursements processing.
- Ensure renewal of employee health insurance policy.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of insurance data.
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining departmental records.
- Resolve queries on priority with coordination of other relevant departments as required.
- Continuous follow-up on queries of the employee until their resolution.
- Prepare reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required.
- Prepare reports and presentations of various projects and tasks as & when required.
- Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policy and procedures.
- Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
- Maintain professional growth by keeping abreast of HR trends and practices.
- Ensure compliance of HR policies viz a viz day-to-day operational activity.
