1. Coordinate with district coordinators, who will be responsible for project implementation at district level.
  2. Develop plan for each district and ensure the efficient implementation of activities
  3. Oversee the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities based on the expected results in the activity as per plan.
  4. Assist District Coordinator in development of social mobilization strategy for outreach team.
  5. Supervise the district teams for implementation of project.
  6. Provide leadership, support and guidance to district teams on the implementation of activities and seek to develop their capacity and skills
  7. Finalize periodic reports and success stories based on work accomplished
  8. Regular coordination and liaison with district and provincial stakeholders such as health department, BISP and WFP team
  9. Regularly monitor progress to ensure that targets are being achieve as per plan
  10. Provide mentoring and training to staff to develop their capacity
  11. Provide strategic direction and advice to the district teams, particularly when they encounter problems in the development and implementation of project
  12. Oversee the Administrative Officer’s accounting and human resource management responsibilities are being exercised effectively
  13. Oversee the preparation of progress reports on all activities in the Province and ensure they are submitted to the main head office in accordance with agreed timescales
  14. Maintain a close working relationship with the donor to ensure that the donor is kept informed of project progress and to alert of any issues that are likely to adversely affect the successful implementation of projects
  15. Ensure that technical verification is undertaken as required and reports are submitted on time to the head officer
  16. Ensure that all discussions with the donor concerning any issues related to invoice processing or any other matters of substance are confirmed and documented.
