• Oversee the effective implementation of nutrition-related activities in the assigned district, ensuring that they are in line with the project's objectives and timelines. 
  • Close Coordination with District health department (DHO) and DC Office, Medical superintendents of DHQ and Agriculture department regarding smooth implementation of Project activities throughout district territory. 
  • To coordinate with Ministry of health, Nutrition Cluster partners and nutrition cluster for effective program implementation and development. 
  • Hold Coordination and orientation meetings/session with Key stakeholders in District and visit local community organizations regarding promotion of  project activities. 
  • To supervise and monitor program implementation, tracking procurements and spending, and ensure effective systems in place for uninterrupted supply of nutrition stock, Livelihood, agriculture inputs and program supplies. 
  • To conduct field visits to ensure effective and quality program management and implementation. 
  • To support field teams in agriculture and livelihood food security, DRR and kitchen grading activity design. 
  • To assist field teams in organizing DRR, kitchen grading and Nutrition trainings with the technical support of Manager WASH & DRR. 
  • To prevent and control gaps against targets, and share lessons learned from program implementation to contribute towards effective integrated nutrition programming. 
  • To participate in the recruitment of technical staff in nutrition as per HR recruitment policies and guidelines. 
  • To prepare and submit periodic and final project reports which must include lessons learnt, case studies, success stories and other requirements by the donor agencies and head office. 
  • Additionally post closure of the project, you will be required to coordinate, present and submit report regarding the activities and operations of field office with the head office and facilitate the third party compliance audit
