Lead the overall information management system, including data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality assurance across all project districts to support evidence-based decision-making and program performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project’s MIS architecture and information management systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools for program reporting.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all districts.
- Supervise MIS staff and provide technical guidance and capacity building.
- Produce regular analytical reports to support program planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with program teams to standardize data collection and reporting systems.
- Strengthen data management processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
