Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will support the MMS Scale Up Project by assisting the District Coordinator in data management, verification, and reporting. This role ensures timely and accurate entry of project data from healthcare facilities and communities, contributing to efficient monitoring of MMS (Multiple Micronutrient Supplement), distribution and compliance. The incumbent will built positive working relations with district staff, health facility staff, and facility/community health supervisors and providers, and will follow up on data inaccuracies with health staff/managers to obtain correct and complete information.

Responsibilities
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and spreadsheets while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Perform regular data verification and validation to ensure data integrity and rectify inconsistencies.

• Manage large volumes of data with a focus on speed and accuracy, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and data management software.

• Conduct data cleaning to remove duplicate entries and correct errors, ensuring database accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and organize data reports as required for internal review and decision-making.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and support administrative functions.

• Monitor and adhere to deadlines to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

• Continually update skills and software knowledge to improve efficiency in data handling and management.

• Assist in creating and implementing data management procedures to streamline workflows.
