We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about ShieldWise’s products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by providing product or service information to prospective clients.
  • Uphold ShieldWise’s commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts, Sat & Sun off
