Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 200 HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction in all HR functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Sheranwala Group.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, striving to enhance overall team morale and workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance management processes, guiding managers in setting objectives, assessing performance, and providing feedback.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, addressing employee grievances and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives aimed at skill enhancement and career growth for employees.
  • Work on strategic planning for workforce needs, analyzing trends, and forecasting talent requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization adheres to legal requirements.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among HR staff and with other departments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and create solutions that support organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
