We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who can manage video content creation and drive sales. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging videos and also has a knack for closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for our products and services.
- Post videos on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and queries on social media.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and assist customers in making purchases.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Develop creative content ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze video performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video creation and editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
