Production Manager

This position will be responsible for oversee our manufacturing operations in the gases industry. Having a strong background in production management, a thorough understanding of medical and industrial gases production processes, and a commitment to ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in all aspects of production.

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:

Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
Manage inventory levels effectively to meet production demands.
Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
Monitor production budgets and control expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Streamline production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
Collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements.
Integrate new technologies to boost productivity and quality.
Uphold strict quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain product integrity.
Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate a safety-first culture among production staff.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
10 to 12 Years of Proven experience in production management within the gas manufacturing sector.
