Description:

If you enjoy creating solutions that make an instant impact as they go live but don't really want to work in a software house or a typical IT company, we have something for you.  you will be involved in the development and maintenance of our web shops and different applications that support our daily operations. We are looking for a professional, who is not just a great software developer, but can also take responsibility for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using the PHP programming language
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Work with databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including designers and back-end developers, to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Debugging and solving complex technical problems
• Staying up to date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a back-end developer.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii, etc.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery.
• Proficient knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC design patterns.
• Proficient understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective (written as well as oral) communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with good follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task, switching between multiple projects over the course of a workday.
