Bakery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bakery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery. You will play a key role in ensuring high product quality, managing a team, and creating a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all bakery operations, including production, sales, and customer service.
Manage and train staff to ensure efficient and consistent performance.
Maintain quality standards for all baked goods and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor safety and hygiene compliance in line with food regulations.
Develop schedules to optimize workflow and ensure timely product delivery.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (3+ years) in bakery or food business management.
Hands-on experience in baking or bakery production (preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.
