• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.

• Ensure smooth operations of assigned distributor.

• Conduct morning meetings with sales team to achieve day to day sales objectives.

• Physical market visits to ensure exceptional sales execution and report in case of any abnormality.

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.

• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the market share for the territory/segment.

• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.

• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy our product.

• Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock in the chiller and shop.

• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
