FIELD SALES MANAGER REQUIRED
Shalimar Motors – Rahim Yar Khan

We are looking for a motivated & result-oriented Field Sales Manager to expand our Electric Bikes & Scooters sales and dealer network across Rahim Yar Khan District & surrounding areas.

Salary + Commission:

Monthly Basic Package
Petrol/Fuel allowance provided by the company
Attractive commission on every bike/scooter sold through your leads
Additional commission on sales generated through new dealers developed by you
The more you perform, the more you earn!

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Generate new customer sales leads for our showroom
Visit different areas, businesses, industries & corporate organizations to generate sales
Develop and maintain new dealer/sub-dealer networks
Generate sales through both direct customers and dealer networks
Build strong customer & business relationships
Explore new opportunities to maximize electric bike & scooter sales
Requirements:
Sales/field sales experience preferred, but fresh and motivated candidates can also apply
Good communication & convincing skills
Strong knowledge and connections within Rahim Yar Khan & surrounding areas will be an advantage
Must have own motorcycle/bike for field visits
Willing to travel within Rahim Yar Khan District and surrounding areas
⏰ Working Hours:
Report at Showroom: 8:00–9:00 AM
Off: 7:00 PM
📍 Job Type: Field + On-site
📍 Location: Shalimar Motors, Rahim Yar Khan
Probation Period: 1 Month
Successful candidates will be permanently onboarded based on performance.
