Shaheen Precast is seeking an experienced Farmhouse Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our farmhouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of experience in managing farm operations and a team of 20 staff members. This role requires a responsible and trustworthy professional with a solid foundation in budgeting, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. The Farmhouse Manager will independently handle daily activities ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of maintenance and housekeeping.
The Farmhouse Manager will coordinate and supervise a diverse team, fostering an organized and motivated working environment. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing effective inventory systems, ensuring smooth farm operations, and maintaining financial discipline through diligent budgeting and cost control. Strong communication skills and a proactive management style are essential to address day-to-day challenges and uphold the operational integrity of the farmhouse.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all daily farmhouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of 20 personnel, providing clear guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective budget plans, monitor expenses, and enforce cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate procurement of supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of farm equipment, scheduling regular servicing and repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
- Address and resolve staff issues and operational challenges promptly and independently to maintain smooth workflows.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance and housekeeping standards, promoting cleanliness, safety, and compliance across the farmhouse.
- Collaborate with company leadership to align farm operations with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare timely reports on operational status, budget adherence, and staff performance for management review.
- Implement and improve inventory management systems to enhance tracking and reduce waste.
- Foster a work environment based on honesty, responsibility, and trustworthiness among all team members.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for services and supplies relevant to farmhouse operations.
