The Social Media Manager will play a key role in managing our digital presence and ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers. This position involves handling customer inquiries through online chats, managing our social media accounts, and promoting our products and services.  

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  •  Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.  
  •  Provide accurate information about our cars, parts, and services, resolving customer concerns professionally.  
  •  Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications. 

Social Media Management

  •  Develop and execute social media content strategies to promote our products and services.  
  •  Create engaging posts, stories, and videos that showcase our cars and parts inventory.  
  •  Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting updates, replying to comments, and growing our online presence. 

Marketing and Promotions

  •  Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional campaigns.  
  •  Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact. 

Reporting and Feedback 

  •  Maintain records of customer interactions and inquiries for analysis.  
  •  Provide regular reports on social media performance and customer engagement.  

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, customer service, or a related field.  
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).  
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.  
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Knowledge of cars and automotive parts is a plus but not required.  
  • Creative mindset and ability to design engaging content.
