Develop project plans, work scope, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the project status and potential changes.
Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction/renovation site.
Monitor progress to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
Ensure quality control, adhering to design specifications, and safety regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project (e.g., delays, safety hazards).
Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
Maintain detailed project documentation (contracts, plans, and permits).
