We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end users.

Customer Support Engineer will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, laptop, printers and scanners

Customer Support Engineer must have a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Walk customers through installing applications, troubleshooting and computer peripherals
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Conduct Preventive maintenance if required
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Scanners Support Engineer Junior Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience on Windows OS environment
  • Basic Knowledge of network support.
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Qualification Graduate or Diploma holder

The approximate salary range is between (40k to 50k).
