You will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results. Working closely with our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to craft compelling content, design eye-catching templates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.
  • Create engaging email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  • Design and implement email templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  • Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Experience in sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email campaigns are integrated seamlessly with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to email marketing compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.).
