Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and tasks.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
  • Assist with personal tasks for clients, as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in project management or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
