SEO / Social Media Marketing Specialist - PWD Islamabad

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our reputable HR services and employment facilitation company. This full-time, office-based role is located at our main office on PWD Road, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and paid promotions, with a proven ability to drive successful online campaigns. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple digital platforms to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance engagement and expand the company’s online presence.
- Create and execute targeted digital campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
- Oversee paid advertising efforts on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
- Monitor digital analytics, prepare detailed performance reports, and apply data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field.
- Certification, diploma, or completed courses in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid Promotions.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing and SEO.
- Age between 23 and 35 years.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is mandatory due to the office-based nature of the position.

Additional Information:
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- This role requires physical presence at the office; remote work options are not available.
