We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to lead and manage all SEO initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns, addressing technical challenges, and mentoring junior team members. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organic search presence and driving website traffic through innovative and effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to maintain the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify opportunities for on-page optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and other on-page elements to boost search visibility.
- Plan and execute diverse, high-quality link-building campaigns to strengthen the backlink profile.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance, including crawlability and indexation challenges.
- Regularly optimize website structure and address technical issues using tools such as Google Search Console.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar SEO-focused role.
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to create diverse and high-quality backlinks.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues, including proficient use of Google Search Console.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- This is a full-time, on-site position requiring physical presence at the office.
- Salary ranges from PKR 55,000 to 80,000, with the final amount determined based on interview performance.
- Performance-based bonuses are offered to reward exceptional contributions.
- Employees are entitled to 10 paid leaves annually, with leave encashment available.
