We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to develop complex and scalable product experiences that clarify systems involving multiple workflows, users, and configurations. This role demands a designer who goes beyond crafting individual screens and focuses on creating cohesive systems rather than just user interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong UX mindset and excel at simplifying intricate, logic-heavy processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive user experiences across complex workflows, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
- Create clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate thoughtful decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to promote consistency and usability throughout the product.
- Simplify multi-step, logic-intensive processes into intuitive interfaces that improve user interaction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to align design goals with development efforts.
- Define information architecture for complex features to enhance navigation and user comprehension.
- Design interaction patterns tailored specifically for multi-step processes.
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure accurate and faithful implementation of designs.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on user experience.
- A robust portfolio showcasing UX thinking through user flows, decision-making, and problem-solving, especially with complex products such as SaaS platforms, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential; experience with FigJam or Whimsical is a plus.
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking.
- Proven track record of designing scalable and consistent design systems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karachi office.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Details
- Experience designing workflow builders or internal tools is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with managing design systems at scale.
- Understanding of multi-user or multi-role systems.
- Experience working with data-heavy interfaces is a plus.
Work Schedule and Location
The role requires working 9 hours within a flexible window between 12 PM and 12 AM. The office is located off Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 250,000.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
