Senior Telesales Executive (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to achieving sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency for managing customer data and interactions
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities
