Faisal Movers Group is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team at the Port Qasim location in Karachi. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of solid experience in human resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee training. This role requires practical knowledge of statutory compliance related to EOBI, SESSI, Social Security, and Health Insurance. The position demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire talent acquisition and recruitment process to attract and select qualified candidates.
- Oversee attendance management to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll processing to guarantee timely and precise salary payments.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies that comply with both company standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain hands-on involvement with statutory compliance related to EOBI, SESSI, Social Security, and Health Insurance schemes.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs aimed at improving skills and performance.
- Utilize MS Office applications and HRIS platforms effectively for daily HR operations and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) or an MBA with a specialization in HR.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in human resources management.
