Senior Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join a U.S.-based technology company that delivers innovative software solutions to enterprise clients. This full-time position is based onsite in Islamabad at Kazani Heights, Soan Garden, and requires working the night shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office, with preference given to male applicants residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The role involves designing and delivering robust web, desktop, and mobile applications using modern Microsoft technologies and front-end frameworks, with opportunities to incorporate AI-enhanced features.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core, alongside React for front-end development. Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and React. Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, focusing on schema design, stored procedures, and query performance tuning. Integrate AI capabilities such as OpenAI APIs or Azure AI into application workflows to provide intelligent features. Participate actively in architecture discussions, contribute to technical design decisions, and conduct thorough code reviews. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into polished, pixel-perfect front-end implementations. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Mentor mid-level and junior developers by sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of six years of professional full stack development experience is essential. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET, and RESTful API development is required. Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end tooling such as TypeScript, Webpack, and Vite is necessary. Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and schema design, is expected. Experience with source control systems like Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines is important. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently on complex and ambiguous problems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience integrating AI and large language model APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot SDK into production applications is highly desirable. Familiarity with Google Cloud services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL, is a plus. Exposure to cloud-native development patterns and microservices architecture will be advantageous. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred. A background in consulting or multi-client software delivery is considered a strong asset.
