Senior Frontend Developer – React / Next.js / MERN

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer with over six years in the field to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and the MERN stack, with a strong focus on REST API integration and creating responsive user interfaces. This role requires a frontend engineer who is passionate about UI development and can translate Figma and other design tools into pixel-perfect, high-performance, production-ready interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers is essential to deliver scalable, modern web applications and frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js frameworks.
- Convert UI/UX designs from Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools into precise, responsive interfaces.
- Build polished web applications that ensure consistent UI/UX across multiple devices including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create reusable components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture.
- Integrate RESTful and third-party APIs, working closely with backend teams to understand API structures, data flow, authentication, and business logic.
- Develop dynamic dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, fintech interfaces, SaaS platforms, and other web applications.
- Implement complex frontend functionalities using modern JavaScript and React concepts.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Use Git-based version control and collaborate effectively within development workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with designers to improve usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.
- Work alongside QA teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve UI and functional issues.
- Ensure frontend applications are production-ready and optimized for deployment.
- Stay updated with modern frontend technologies, frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of six years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including React Hooks, functional components, state management, Context API, and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Next.js, including App Router, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), dynamic routing, middleware, and SEO optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).
- Strong TypeScript skills are highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Practical experience integrating REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), third-party APIs, and payment gateways.
- Solid understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and backend/API architecture.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, VS Code, NPM/Yarn/PNPM, Postman, Figma, Chrome DevTools, ESLint, Prettier, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong UI/UX skills with the ability to convert designs into accurate, production-ready interfaces.
- Proven ability to build responsive, cross-platform applications supporting multiple devices and browsers.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with FinTech applications, payment platforms, digital wallets, cryptocurrency/blockchain, trading platforms, SaaS, admin dashboards, CRM/ERP systems, AI-based applications, Web3, real-time applications, and WebSockets is highly advantageous.
