Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee administrative functions, including reception, mailroom, and records management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and laws.
  • Controlling of Gate Inwards and Outwards.
  • Security of all company Buildings, Materials, Machineries and Manpower etc.

Supervision and Training:

  • Supervise and monitor administrative staff.
  • Provide training and guidance on administrative procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend development opportunities.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, management, and external parties.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, and minutes.

Operational Management:

  • Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Special Projects:

  • Conduct research and analysis on administrative initiatives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in organizational planning and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, with 2+ years in a senior admin role.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative software.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in administration in a Manufacturing Unit.
  • Experience with human resources, finance, or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Knowledge of records management and archiving systems.
  • Proficient in database management and reporting tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in an office environment and in Manufacturing Unit.
  • Sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel to attend meetings or conferences.
