Supply Chain Officer

The Supply Chain Officer is in charge of providing support to Branches in transferring the merchandise from manufacturers to retail outlets and customers. He is responsible for planning and organizing the whole process.

Maintain a better coordination level with the Branch Supervisor and ensure that items are dispatched on time.
Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices, bills, and other supply documents
Prepare shipping documentation for internal as well as external movement of stock including E-Commerce.
Analyze items before preparing them for dispatch
Make sure all supplies are sent on time
Make sure items reach the correct destination in all cases including E-commerce.
Monitor the stock levels through AX reports.
Register all documents and handle customers' and suppliers' databases
Ensure compliance with supply chain activities standards and regulations
Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with suppliers.
Supervise maintenance within the retail warehouse
Perform research activities in order to identify new solutions for logistical challenges
Ensure product movement from suppliers to retail outlets
Perform several clerical duties for management
Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations
Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor/ HOD.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience

Skills: Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
