Alpine Marine Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to maintain the safety and security of its office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role involves regular monitoring and patrolling of assigned areas, managing access control, and enforcing security policies to create a secure environment. The Security Guard will be responsible for preventing unauthorized entry, responding promptly to emergencies, and collaborating with relevant departments to uphold the company’s safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol office premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Control access by verifying the identity of visitors, vendors, and contractors, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing visitor badges.
- Prevent unauthorized access and respond swiftly to any security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Report incidents, emergencies, or security violations promptly to management and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Protect company property, including vehicles, equipment, and documents, by inspecting doors, windows, and restricted areas.
- Enforce compliance with company security policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist during fire drills, emergency evacuations, and other crisis situations.
- Coordinate with administration, HR, facility teams, and, when necessary, law enforcement or emergency services.
- Provide security support across various Alpine Marine office locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Matric (High School).
- Physically fit and capable of performing duties that may require extended or rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Strong observation skills, alertness, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in reporting and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in security services is preferred.
- The position requires adherence to company discipline and uniform standards.
- Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Shift-based duties may include weekends and holidays.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- The role is based in person at Alpine Marine Services’ facilities.
This position reports to the Business Administration department and works closely with HR, office administration, and operations teams. Security Guards may be assigned to any company facility depending on operational requirements. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure workplace for all stakeholders.
