As security guards, they are responsible for securing the interior and exterior of the premises where they work. They monitor windows, doors, and gates to make sure they are locked properly. If an alarm sounds or there is a disturbance, security maintains activity logs and reports of any damage to equipment to present to their supervisor. Security guards follow protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Patrolling the premises and identifying suspicious activity.
· Control and check at all gates.
· Take care of and control office assets, inventories, medicines, and consumables.
· Crowd control and try to minimize the rush at the main gates.
· Ensure that all vehicles park properly in the parking area.
· Ensuring that the security arrangements in the hospital, like computers, alarm systems, and closed-circuit cameras, are functioning properly
· In case of fire or any threats, take charge of evacuating the premises.
