Introduction:

  • A Fleet Assistant supports the Supply chain Officer and helps to ensure the efficient operation of a fleet of vehicles.

General Objectives:

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Supply chain Officer in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and process paperwork related to fleet operations.

Fleet Maintenance:

  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
  • Track and report on the status of vehicles, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle servicing and repairs.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
  • Keep records of any accidents or incidents and assist in investigations.

Driver Coordination:

  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions.
  • Handle driver queries and concerns regarding fleet operations

Data Management:

  • Use fleet management software to log and track vehicle data.
  • Generate reports on fleet performance, expenses, and other metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cost Management:

  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for fleet operations.

Position Type/Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent storytelling, visual, and audio skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Fluency in English and Urdu (written and spoken)
  • Experience in documentary filmmaking or media development
  • Knowledge of graphic design and animation
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of software tools: Adobe Premiere Pro - After Effects – Photoshop - Illustrator
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
