Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a non-governmental organization based in France that promotes international solidarity. Founded in 1991, SIF intends to bring relief and protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts, or economic collapse. SIF intervenes in more than 30 countries around the world through emergency relief, recovery, and development initiatives. It carries out operations in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Its goal is to help affected communities and bring relief to the people in need throughout the world, regardless of their origin, religion, gender or political association

Requirement:

Plan construction/rehabilitation activities under the direct supervision of the project Engineer according to project objectives, time-frames and designs.
Providing technical guidance, training, and support to individuals targeted by the project in line with the program strategy and intended output/s.
Ensuring quality and quantity of construction material.
Timely completion of CPI schemes as per BOQ and design.
Maintain and improve quality results by completing quality assurance tests following standards.
Ensure on-time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs.
Conduct needs assessment and identify possible solutions and locations for interventions.
Manage work sites, including ensuring the safety of staff, beneficiaries, and supplies.
Provide support to the Project Engineer in the preparation of BoQs and estimations in accordance with needs and budget.
Ensure engineering works are carried out in participation with the Social Mobilization teams.
Develop a work plan and provide support to the Project Engineer in preparation of material requisitions.
Ensuring the security of construction materials at the site with the support of CBOs.
Management of CFW skilled and unskilled laborers for the execution of work.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees and management.
Overall responsible for the quality of work of structural activities.
