Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a non-governmental organization based in France that promotes international solidarity. Founded in 1991, SIF intends to bring relief and protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts, or economic collapse. SIF intervenes in more than 30 countries around the world through emergency relief, recovery, and development initiatives. It carries out operations in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Its goal is to help affected communities and bring relief to the people in need throughout the world, regardless of their origin, religion, gender or political association.

Objective 1: Perform cleaning work:

Activities:

Responsible for cleaning office and or Guest House.
Responsible for ensuring proper dusting and cleanness of office furniture, chairs, desks, table, and window
Manage stocks of guest house and office (toilet tissues, cleaning products,) and request logistic department when needed.
Report to the Admin for the need for new supplies, missing/damaged items or any repairs required
Wash cleaning clothes for office and guesthouses on a regular basis (do not mix with normal clothes)
Ensure minimum cleanliness in office premises, keeping in view the COVID-19 SOPs at the workplace

Objective 2: Washing kitchen sets and utensils

Ensuring a germ-free kitchen by cleaning of different utensils used in the kitchen on time.
Manage stocks and kitchen cleaning items properly (Dishwashing & cleaning products,)
Timely raising requests for kitchen cleaning items
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Note: This position is required on an urgent basis, we recruit on a rolling basis, and is contingent upon donor funding. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
