Position Summary:
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the Project Kitchen House & Packing facility. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff, and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
2. Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen floors.
3. Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain waste disposal areas.
4. Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.
5. Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.
6. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.
7. Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handwashing and glove use.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
