At Scraperrs, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resource professional with 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry to lead our dynamic HR functions. In this role, you will manage a team of 35 individuals and be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture while driving employee engagement and performance management initiatives. Your expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development will be essential in attracting top talent and ensuring that our HR practices align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with management to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Scraperrs.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled talent that meets the organization's needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and support for employee development.
  • Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment where employees feel valued and heard.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Performance Management Systems to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Conduct training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and boosting organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between HR activities and the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining an awareness of best practices in HR and employee management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members to enhance HR processes.
