Mid-Level Architect (BIM/Revit)

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Architect with strong expertise in BIM and Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing LOD 200–300 BIM models, converting point cloud scans into accurate BIM models, and producing coordinated architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Experience with Point Cloud to BIM conversion.
Ability to develop and manage LOD 200–300 architectural models.
Strong architectural design and space-planning skills.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and basic architectural rendering.
Strong architectural drafting and documentation skills.
Understanding of construction detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural designs using software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Building Information Modeling platforms.
Create and maintain construction documentation that accurately reflects project specifications and design intent.
Produce comprehensive 3D models at LOD 300 level, ensuring completeness and accuracy for use in project coordination and construction.
Utilize point to cloud conversion techniques to integrate precise site data into digital models.
Prepare high-quality renderings and visualizations to support design presentations and client communications.
Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements within project workflows.
Regularly update and manage digital model data, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company requirements.
Review architectural drawings and models to identify and resolve conflicts or inconsistencies before construction phases begin.
Stay current on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural design and modeling.
Assist in the coordination of project schedules and deliverables, maintaining effective communication within project teams.
