The Sales Import Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our import services. This role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for import services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of import regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
