• Financial reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets   
  • File invoices and statements: Receiving, processing, and filing invoices and statements   
  • Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions   
  • Customer and vendor communication: Following up on money owed, answering questions about bills, and making sure payments are made on time   
  • Manage payroll: Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data   
  • Accounts receivables: Managing accounts receivable and processing invoices   
  • Manage company budgets: Assisting with compiling and maintaining financial records   
  • Preparing reports and budgets: Preparing invoices, order documentation, and filing documents   
  • Other tasks: Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals, recording and filing cash transactions, controlling credit and chasing debt, processing expense requests, liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers, and updating and maintaining procedural documentation
