Responsibilities:
- Design and format slides, charts, and graphics for presentations and reports.
- Develop and maintain visual templates for use across presentations and documents.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate visual materials.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in visual design and data visualization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in visual design and data visualization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Visual Graphics Specialist or similar role at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
