Project Manager Construction

Sardar Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Construction to oversee and drive the successful completion of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of expertise in construction project management, demonstrating strong capabilities in budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and risk assessment. This role demands meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and meet stringent quality standards. The Project Manager will lead a dedicated team of 35 professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. In this position, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, contractors, and MEP specialists to streamline project workflows and resolve challenges proactively. You will be responsible for resource allocation, cost control, comprehensive financial reporting, and conducting workplace safety audits. Your leadership will be critical in managing site operations, procurement, subcontractor contracts, and final project close-out phases to achieve strategic organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and maintain comprehensive project schedules and work plans that align with budgetary and quality objectives.
Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure timely project progress.
Monitor project execution across all phases, applying risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Manage budgeting processes by conducting financial analysis, cost control, and preparing detailed budget reports.
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety compliance standards, and conduct regular workplace safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversee procurement activities and manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure contract fulfillment and quality deliverables.
Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, contractors, MEP teams, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and project integration.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 35 personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Coordinate project close-out procedures including final inspections, documentation, and client handovers.
Implement risk assessment strategies and maintain risk management records to ensure project resilience.
Prepare and present detailed financial and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
