We strive to lead in the digital transformation space by providing top-notch solutions and services. We are looking for a Zoho and HubSpot Specialist to enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service efforts through effective CRM strategies and implementations.

We are seeking a dedicated Zoho and HubSpot Specialist to manage and enhance CRM and marketing automation systems for our clients. This role involves the integration, customization, and management of Zoho and HubSpot platforms to support our business processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and optimizing our marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain our Zoho and HubSpot CRM systems.
Develop and optimize workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies within HubSpot.
Customize Zoho apps, including CRM, Books, Inventory, and others, to fit business needs.
Ensure seamless integration between Zoho applications and HubSpot for data consistency and workflow efficiency.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards in both systems to track KPIs and ROI.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members on how to use Zoho and HubSpot features effectively.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
Stay updated with new features and updates within both platforms and recommend improvements to our processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Zoho and HubSpot platforms, with certification preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and sales processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to customize platforms to meet business needs.
Proficiency in integrating multiple systems and automating processes.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and training skills.
